The Substance Use Disorder Program (SUDP) Clinical Supervisor supervises the Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDP/T) team and SUDP Peers. The SUDP Supervisor ensures high-quality treatment for clients, within a recovery framework based on a trauma-informed care model, to improve functioning and health. The Supervisor reviews and coordinates all referrals at the Pacific Hope and Recovery Center. This role supports staff in the performance of their duties through oversight of unit operations, care coordination and problem-solving within the care team, and with clients, other agency programs, and community resources. The SUDP Supervisor provides regular review of clinical records and other documentation, to ensure appropriate service delivery, community linkages, and documentation.
