Previous experience in substance use treatment and general outpatient work with minority populations is beneficial. Requirements

BA required.
Minimum of LSW/PC required.
As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.

Nice To Haves

LCDC II, LICDC, LISW, LPCC preferred.
Previous experience in substance use treatment and general outpatient work with minority populations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals and groups (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing).
Support clients through all stages of recovery with empathy and accountability.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, families, and referral sources to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities.
