Requirements

  • Dependent Ohio license in either counseling or social work
  • Experience with mental health, substance abudse and domestic violence

Responsibilities

  • Provide SUD assessments
  • Provide DV screenings
  • Facilitate SUD/DV groups
  • Serve as the point person/liaison for Millenium
  • Administer drug screens and disseminate results in a timely manner
  • Write monthly BCCS reports and communicate regularly with referral sources
  • Provide direct case management to supplement counseling as needed including crisis intervention, linkage/referral/advocacy and support of client's self-determination
  • Maintain all requirements for licensure/certification and participate in trainings to strengthen effective delivery of services
  • Follow code of ethics appropriate for your licensure/certification
  • Attend staff and clinical team meetings
  • Submit necessary documentation in a timely manner and meet service delivery requirements
  • Be knowledgeable and follow division and agency policy and procedures
  • Collaborate with med som providers to connect clients to appropriate treatment
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and all referral sources involved in client's care
  • Other duties as assigned
