The Work This position is for an experienced professional engineer to become a member of the Solid State Radar Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Subsystem Engineering team. This engineer will support the development of radar/antenna manager applications for deployment on real-time hardware. The engineer will have the opportunity to design and document antenna processing hardware/software architectures, design and analyze processing algorithms, perform modeling and simulation, and develop and execute test plans. The engineer will work on cross-discipline teams of systems, hardware, software, firmware, and test engineers while supporting all phases of development from concept through customer qualification testing. This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Requirements

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, computer science, or Electrical and/or Computer Engineering
Experience with requirements development and performance analysis
Experience with MATLAB, DOORs, MBSE
Experience testing processing hardware and/or software
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level

Nice To Haves

Understanding application of Design Patterns
Experience with GIT
Experience with Code Optimization
1LMX IBM tools including Rhapsody, DOORS Next Generation, and Jazz
Self Motivator and able to communicate effectively
Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at both programmatic and technical levels with subordinates, peers, and senior management levels
