Substitute Degreed Teacher - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized, accredited college or university (If you have a foreign transcript, it must be evaluated by a TEA approved credential evaluation agency .) 2. Substitute Certified Teacher - Valid Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification 2. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior. 4. Experience working with children preferred. 5. Flexible and able to adjust daily routine. 6. Demonstrate a professional appearance and attitude. 7. Fluency in speaking, reading, and understanding the English language is required. 8.
