About The Position

Coventry Public Schools is seeking a qualified Per Diem Substitute School Psychologist. The assignment will last for a minimum of 30 days, with the possibility of extension. Required Certification: Applicants must hold a valid Rhode Island School Psychologist Certificate (Grades PK–12), issued by the Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE). Minimum Requirements: Per RIDE certification standards, qualified candidates must: Have completed an approved program in school psychology. Hold an advanced degree in school psychology from a regionally accredited institution. Demonstrate field competencies as prescribed by a RIDE-approved national professional association. Meet all knowledge of field testing requirements for this certification area.
