About The Position
GENERAL DUTIES: Assist students with classroom assignments under the direction of the teacher. Support students individually or in small groups to help them stay engaged. Monitor students in various school settings, including classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, playgrounds, and buses. Assist students with special needs in daily activities. Help manage student behavior through reinforcement strategies and redirection. Communicate observations of student progress or challenges to appropriate schol personnel. Adhere to school policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in various assignments. Follow directions from teachers and school administrators.
