The person selected for this position can work in the Louisville, Midway, or Lexington office. This position is responsible for developing and delivering Substation technical, compliance and safety training to increase the capabilities, effectiveness, and adaptability of the organization. This includes the researching of regulatory and technical procedures and processes and conducting needs analysis to determine specific training requirements. Serves as a field resource professional with knowledge of the application of Substation Construction and Maintenance safety principles to the assigned business units. Consults with management in the identification of technical skill deficiencies and provides relevant training remedies. Provides consultative support to management and safety committees with the goal of creating and maintaining an accident-free workplace.
