In addition to patient care within the framework of established behavioral health guidelines and ICHS' Principles of Practice and approved by the appropriate licensing board in the State of Washington, the Substance Use Disorder Professional functions as a member of the collaborative care team that includes the patient, primary care provider, behavioral health provider, consulting psychiatrist, and other medical staff as needed. This position is responsible for providing integrated substance use disorder care within a primary care setting. This is temporary position for 2 years with possible renewal in the future.
