Subsidized Reimbursement Specialist - MCAP
About The Position
The Subsidized Reimbursement Specialist (SRS) is responsible for determining childcare provider eligibility and admission into the program. The SRS ensures the maintenance of provider files and family/child reimbursement records in compliance with state regulations, program policies, and procedures, including fraud prevention protocols. The SRS manages cases and provides technical assistance and supportive services, including but not limited to provider home visits, referrals to community agencies, follow-ups, and demographic data tracking. Also processes childcare subsidy invoices to determine maximum subsidy reimbursements based on the applicable Regional Market Rate and state regulations.
Responsibilities
