The Subsidiary Project Administrative Manager is responsible for ensuring that overall administrative goals related to quality and performance are achieved in support of the subsidiary while providing guidance to local offices as needed. Responsibilities for any one particular project may be limited. The goal is to delegate to other staff and step in when and where it is most useful (highest and best value). The Subsidiary Project Administrative Manager supports subsidiary executives with special projects, reporting, and training. The role also acts as a liaison for IT, safety, and recruiting initiatives, ensuring efficient communication between subsidiaries and corporate teams. Temporary coverage for project administrators and coordination of project administrative tasks are part of this role. Present a positive customer and employee service attitude and understanding of ECS Core Values. This role is not intended to serve as a full-time Project Administrator for individual local offices other than the Subsidiary office. Instead, the primary focus is on supporting the subsidiary and local offices in these areas as needed.
