The Office of Behavioral Health Promotion and Prevention, part of the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH), is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all Office projects, manage partner commitments, and oversee deliverables for a new statewide community grant program. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects while ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with community partners, local organizations, and stakeholders to support initiatives that promote mental wellbeing. The role includes assisting with data collection and analysis, preparing reports on project progress, coordinating technical assistance, contributing to the development of training materials and best practices, and supporting data-driven recommendations. In addition to project management, you will provide administrative support to Office leadership, including coordinating schedules, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating communication with partners and stakeholders. You may also represent the Office at events and assist with social media activities.
