As a Subscription Operations Specialist you will serve as a liaison between the company and the customer regarding all things renewals, downgrades and cancellations. You are comfortable having tough conversations and negotiating at times the customer’s subscription contract. You are an expert in product knowledge, billing and the proper timing of the subscription. There will also be a need to collaborate with different teams within the organization including customer support and sales. You will be able to complete account requests in the billing system.
