Our technology, accompanied by a diverse array of optimization algorithms, empowers planners and leaders to formulate strategies for mobility, sustainment, and logistics operations, and equips them with tools to visualize, assess, and mitigate the potential impacts of disruptions. DEFCON AI is hiring a Subject Matter Expert to support the development of a modeling and simulation environment. We are seeking experienced professionals with deep expertise in U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM) programs to help model strategic capabilities, planning constructs, and operational decision frameworks. This role will support analysis across the nuclear deterrence mission set.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance required (TS/SCI strongly preferred)
  • Located in Omaha, NE
  • 5+ years of experience supporting STRATCOM mission areas and programs
  • 5+ years of DoD acquisition experience
