More about this AI for Sales course Sales is changing fast. With AI, sales professionals can now research accounts in seconds, draft personalized outreach, and surface deal risks before they stall. This 5-week program shows account executives, SDRs, and sales managers how to partner with GenAI to speed pipeline creation, sharpen messaging, and run tighter deals—without writing any code. You’ll practice prompt patterns for sales tasks, evaluate outputs for accuracy and tone, and build a repeatable, AI-powered sales playbook that actually moves numbers. You’ll also learn to measure the ROI of new tools, integrate AI into your CRM workflows, and drive change across your team with responsible guardrails. By the end, you’ll work faster on the busywork (research, first drafts, notes, follow-ups) so you can spend more time building relationships, handling objections, and closing. About you You bring at least 10 years of sales experience, at least 2+ years of experience in AI strategy and adoption, and a genuine passion for helping professionals thrive and achieve success. You have a point of view on what sales professionals need to succeed in applying AI to their business, and you’re able to break concepts down and make them accessible to beginners. As a SME for our online course module, you'll have the opportunity to shape our AI for Sales curriculum, ensure we’re teaching what matters most, share your expertise with career advancers, and guide them toward achieving their goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, especially with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices related to AI adoption strategies.
  • A genuine passion for learning and helping others grow, with a focus on supporting career advancement and skill-building.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with learners from diverse professional backgrounds.
  • Strong point of view on what skills and knowledge new people to the field need to succeed, and an ability to break concepts down for learners while explaining the “why.”
  • Able to be genuine and engaging on video.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, relevant, industry-aligned courses that give learners what they need to advance in their field
  • Record authentic, engaging videos illustrating AI concepts and showing learners how to use technologies and tools related to driving results with AI.
  • Inspire learners, build confidence in their capabilities, and help them understand how to adopt and integrate AI into their sales practice.
  • Optimize learner engagement, learner retention, and learner success
