About The Position
E-Logic is seeking a senior-level Subject-Matter Expert II to oversee statewide logistics-recovery policy and ensure FEMA/TDEM compliance. This role will be remote but at any moment, the government can change it to onsite with a 30 days' advance written notice. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 10+ years in logistics or emergency-management programs.
- Expert knowledge of FEMA PA and NIMS frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Advise on resource allocation and federal reporting.
- Review complex cost and asset-tracking documentation.
- Provide after-action reviews and process-improvement recommendations.
- Mentor logistics and operations staff.
