The Subcontract Clerk is responsible for assisting accounting team with administrative duties associated with subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain subcontractor document tracking and electronic filing. Review and maintain subcontract requests per company guidelines. Support with subcontract agreements, changes and purchase orders. Work with Operations and Subcontractors to build relationships and ensure services match agreements. Support projects with cross-team collaboration. Stay updated on company policies and practices. Aid Finance in billing and reporting for Subcontract work. Assist in resolving invoicing issues. Keep Subcontract files organized and compliant. Qualifications and Skills: 2 years of subcontract experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills Good at multitasking Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Detail-oriented and organized Viewpoint Spectrum experience a plus High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Benefits: Comprehensive Insurance Coverage: We provide medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans to ensure your well-being.
