About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Manager for the ATACMS program team. Our team is responsible for performing subcontract management duties to support the development, production, and global sustainment of complex subsystems, components, and hardware. As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing subcontract management activities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of program objectives. You will play a critical role in supporting the development, production, and sustainment of complex subsystems and components. Requirements

  • Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance (not required to start).
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and cross- functional teams.
  • Able to lead groups in problem solving.
  • Excellent communications, negotiations, presentation and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • P2P, SC Nav, Tableau, and/or SAP experience.
  • TINA Negotiation experience.
  • Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract management.
  • Ability to create and present using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to supplier facilities to participate in meetings and to resolve subcontract/program issues on-site, as needed.
  • Understands procurement on a development program.
