About The Position

Job Description Supplier Management (50% of time): Transacting and managing complex account(s) What You Will Be Doing Lead Roles & Responsibilities (50%) - Significant focus on Continuous Improvement, identifying areas for improvement within the organization/company and implement improvements. -Be a Change Agent -Have A3 and Continuous Improvement mindset -Possess skillset to facilitate Counter Measure, A3, 5 Why methodology -Coach, train and mentor new and existing talent -Director Training Plan & Presentations -Support Peer Reviewers and identify areas for Continuous Improvement and Supplier Resiliency efforts across the organization -Support Senior Mgr Level Staff Meetings -Prepare information and training as needed -Present in the Sr. Mgr Level Staff Meeting Possess ability to Establish Processes, Standard Work, and lay foundation for success on all “Bumble Bee Metrics” to include, but not limited to: Standard Process Cadence & Information flow down to buyers CAS -Unacknowledged POs (Current & Historic) -Rejected POs -UDEF -Incomplete & Unreleased -PODs Subcontract Closeout ETTP MRC File (Current & Keep up to Date - data provided to buyers for required updates) T&Cs, AS9100, PIAs, Cyber, RF314, RF365/F370 Other Tasks/Bumble Bee Metrics: Auto PO (We need to do a sweep/restart) Metrics File (Review) Aero Code Reviews PR Meetings (Bi-Weekly at minimum) Latency File PORs Previous Week PO Review Maintain FAQ Resources (Director Channels) Complete understanding of AeroCodes, CRX-106, LMAPs, and Return to Green concept Special Projects What’s In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend! Requirements

Expert knowledge of Global Supply Chain (GSC) processes and procedures
Expert knowledge of Global Supply Chain (GSC) metric suite
Bachelors Degree with 15+ years of experience

Nice To Haves

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Previous GSC L6
GSC L-Code experience
