About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the Tactical Missiles line of business. Our team is responsible for supporting the M270 Launchers Programs, driving growth and innovation in the industry. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Senior you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of subcontracts, ensuring supplier performance, and leading cross‑functional teams to achieve program goals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing supplier cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance. Leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, including procurement, engineering, and business management. Analyzing and evaluating supplier proposals, and developing pre‑negotiation strategies. Coordinating with program and functional management teams to align contractual delivery schedules with program demands. Identifying and mitigating risks to program financial plans. Requirements

  • Experience with procurement and subcontract management of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the Defense Industry
  • Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
  • Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Able to travel (~20%)
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR acquisition policies and procedures
  • Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
