Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Subcontract Associate. In this role, you will support a team of subcontract managers with negotiations, manage schedules, and perform administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, communication, and critical thinking skills. Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field
  • Knowledge of subcontract administration principles, including procurement, negotiation, and contract closeout
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and reports
  • Familiarity with international business practices and cultural norms, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with international suppliers
