Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Subcontract Associate. In this role, you will support a team of subcontract managers with negotiations, manage schedules, and perform administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, communication, and critical thinking skills. Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field
Knowledge of subcontract administration principles, including procurement, negotiation, and contract closeout
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Must be a US Citizen
This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and reports
Familiarity with international business practices and cultural norms, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with international suppliers
