Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Requirement documentation experience
  • Detail oriented/demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish strong internal customer and relationships.
  • Experience with high volume, quick-turn assignments
  • Ability to multi-task, take on challenging assignments, and respond to customer’s needs in a timely manner.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with supply chain or government procurement.
  • Experience with procurement principles, subcontract management, supply chain management.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, effective verbal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain roles in a Government procurement environment with FAR/DFAR experience.
  • Procure to Pay (P2P) experience or similar ERP/SAP system
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain management or related field
  • Negotiation Experience
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Works well in a collaborative and team-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Metallic, Build -to-Print (BTP) Sourcing team, supporting the F-35 platform.
  • Creating bid packages through market research.
  • Soliciting the supply base.
  • Analyzing bids.
  • Negotiating terms.
  • Documenting/creating Long Term Agreements for metallic build to print parts.
