Requirements
- A genuine passion for fashion and up-to-date style knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude
- Comfort working in a busy, customer-centered environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- People who can work daytime shifts
- Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, helpful service to every shopper who walks through our doors
- Assist customers in finding styles they love at prices that work for them
- Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing and accessories from sellers
- Keep the sales floor looking fresh, clean, and well-organized
- Restock inventory and help create engaging product displays
