About The Position

This position involves creating visually appealing retail displays with quality beef cuts, adapting to changing trends and customer needs, and following safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries. The role requires effective time management to meet set production targets and clear communication with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns. The associate must comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, utilizing the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Work assignments and priorities are completed by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
