Thanks for your commitment to Tyson Foods. Management Level: Class 4 Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's Pay - 23.25/Hr. Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for operating V-mag, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Break down grinder periodically through shift to ensure quality. Maintain link weight while stuffing casing Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Be able to adhere to Standardized Work Practices. Must be willing and able to work cycles in less than 20 seconds. Monitor production area for trash and debris on floor. Perform various other tasks assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Manager. Must be willing and able to communicate effectively with company employees at all levels of management. Must be willing and able to become certified in LOTO
Requirements
- Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner
- Must have been in current position 6 months, for lateral or demotion, can promote anytime.
- Must have less than 4 points for consideration.
- No written warnings in the past 6 months
- No suspensions in the last 12 months.
