Full-time Studio Operation Manager position - oversees daily operations, staff, customer service, and program delivery, ensuring a safe, fun, and creative environment for kids, handling tasks from scheduling classes and parties, managing inventory and marketing, to training instructors and maintaining studio standards, requiring strong leadership, communication, and passion for art and child development. Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for art and experience with child development.
  • Knowledge of art materials, safety protocols, and potentially science programs.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of children, parents, and staff.
  • Must have a reliable transportation with the clean driving records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily studio activities, scheduling, events, and overall smooth running of the two studios (Ashburn & Fairfax Station).
  • Hire, train, schedule, mentor and motivates studio instructors and assists, ensuring high-quality instruction and teamwork.
  • Act as a liaison with parents, addressing injuries, managing admissions, and ensuring positive family experiences.
  • Collaborate on curriculum, session planning, ensure safe and fun learning experiences, and sometimes lead classes or parties.
  • Monitor and order supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean, safe, and inspiring studio environment.
  • Work closely with General Manager, Marketing and Sale specialist to promote upcoming programs and engage with the community to attract new students.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and child safety protocols, maintaining required records.
