About The Position
Studio Manager – YogaSix Riverstone YogaSix is on a mission to make yoga accessible, empowering, and fun for every body. With six signature class types, modern studios, and a community-driven approach, we deliver a fresh, inclusive experience that helps people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected. As one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country, we’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front. Position Overview The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll lead a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers, drive membership sales, manage operations, and build a strong, positive culture. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’re responsible for the studio’s overall performance, member experience, and long-term growth. Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness/wellness preferred)
- Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets
- Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, some weekends)
Responsibilities
- Drive Membership Growth Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals Oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies
- Build & Develop a High-Performing Team Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors Support and develop the Teacher team Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence
- Lead Local Marketing Efforts Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events Support social media and community engagement initiatives Represent YogaSix Riverstone within the local community
- Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience Ensure every member and guest feels welcomed and supported Oversee class quality, front-desk operations, and studio cleanliness
- Oversee Daily Studio Operations Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting Track KPIs to ensure the studio is performing at its highest level Maintain alignment with YogaSix brand standards
