About The Position
Hot 8 Yoga is GROWING and that means we are expanding our management team! Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company. Responsibilities include: Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends) Tracking studio budget Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs Processing payroll Oversee inventory Work 5 Front Desk shifts Lots of cleaning - all day every day! Lead Teacher Trainings Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff
Requirements
- Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
- Previous management experience is required.
