Responsibilities

  • Studio Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee all day-to-day studio operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Maintain brand standards across member experience, facility presentation, and staff performance
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to keep the studio running smoothly
  • Manage scheduling, payroll oversight, and operational reporting as required
  • Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed membership and revenue goals
  • Drive local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and grassroots outreach
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement action plans to improve results
  • Ensure consistent execution of the Orangetheory sales process
  • Team Development & Culture
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop front desk and sales staff
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Partner with the Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach to align operations and member experience
  • Member Experience & Community Building
  • Build genuine relationships with members—knowing names, goals, milestones, and stories
  • Ensure member recognition, celebrations, and retention efforts are executed consistently
  • Handle escalated member concerns with professionalism and care
  • Serve as the face of the studio, modeling hospitality and enthusiasm at all times
  • Accountability & Ownership
  • Take ownership of studio goals, results, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Orangetheory policies, procedures, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership to execute business strategies
