About The Position

At Stretch Zone, your health is our top priority. As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
  • Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Drive membership growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Open the studio and ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members
  • Greet members, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for
  • Coach up to five Sales Associates
  • Check the schedule
  • Answer phones
  • Follow up on missed appointments
  • Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching
  • Track performance metrics
  • Review KPIs
  • Ensure the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals
  • Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch
  • Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service
