This role is for someone hungry to grow, to lead, and to make a measurable impact every single day. As Studio Manager, you’ll take full ownership of daily operations, team performance, and growth strategy. You’ll lead a top-tier team of trainers and sales staff, backed by a Sales Manager and a virtual assistant to handle administrative tasks. You’ll also have the freedom to hire additional support staff where needed — your job is to make sure every function of this business runs at the highest possible level. Requirements

  • Proven experience in fitness management or senior coaching (F45 or similar functional training brand preferred).
  • Strong understanding of nutrition and transformation programming.
  • Confident and results-driven sales mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills — you know how to get the best from people.
  • Creative drive for marketing, events, and community engagement.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and hold accountable both the sales and training teams.
  • Coach trainers to excel not only on the floor but also in sales, client retention, and member experience.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and fun — the F45 Boerum Hill way.
  • Personally drive and support sales activity, working closely with the Sales Manager.
  • Analyze and act on KPI reports (conversion, attendance, retention, referrals, etc.).
  • Ensure all promotions and campaigns are executed on schedule and to brand standard.
  • Oversee and grow secondary revenue streams: merchandise, recovery services, and nutrition sales.
  • Plan, market, and execute member challenges, body transformations, and community events.
  • Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and social content that align with our marketing calendar.
  • Maintain high levels of engagement and retention through innovative ideas and genuine community connection.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation and operational standards — cleanliness, organization, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
  • Track inventory, prevent stock loss, and ensure operational systems run smoothly.
  • Identify needs and allocate resources — including hiring support staff — to maintain excellence across all areas.
  • Collaborate directly with ownership on performance, strategy, and continuous improvement.
