About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic, versatile, and driven Assistant Studio Manager to join our team and help lead us to even greater success. As the Assistant Studio Manager , you’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and Sales Associates to ensure the studio operates seamlessly. This leadership role is split between coaching, team management, sales/administrative responsibilities, and retention management—with an emphasis on maintaining high coaching standards, delivering exceptional member experiences, and achieving studio growth targets. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role , with optional coaching hours available. Pay rates differ for coaching and office sales hours.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal trainer with exceptional coaching skills.
  • Leadership qualities: charismatic, energetic, and capable of motivating a team.
  • Sales experience with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and writing skills; proficient with Canva and newsletters.
  • Familiarity with retention strategies and client engagement best practices.
  • Versatility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for fitness and commitment to F45’s mission of team training, life-changing results.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching Excellence: Deliver top-notch F45 classes, ensuring an engaging, safe, and high-energy environment for members.
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire the coaching team, maintaining high standards of professionalism and energy.
  • Studio Operations: Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth execution in the Studio Manager’s absence.
  • Sales & Membership: Handle membership inquiries, confidently conduct sales calls, and assist in achieving membership and revenue targets.
  • Retention Management: Track member usage, proactively reach out to low-usage members, and implement strategies to maximize retention.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Create and manage engaging content for social media, newsletters, and community updates using Canva and other tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Associates and Studio Manager to achieve studio goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and hit KPIs, including class attendance, membership sales, retention rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure every member has an exceptional experience, building a welcoming and motivating community.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
