About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Studio Manager to oversee studio operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring a productive and efficient environment. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to foster a collaborative atmosphere that promotes artistic excellence and operational success. The Studio Manager will serve as the central point of contact for team members, members, and vendors, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to listen and serve employees and members

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily studio activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and facilitating ongoing training and development programs.
  • Oversee inventory, maintenance, sales processes, technology, workout experience, personnel, customer service, and payroll
  • Manage employee orientation processes to ensure new team members are integrated effectively into the studio environment.
  • Oversee inventory management of supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for studio operations.
  • Coordinate purchasing, budgeting, and payroll functions to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor store management procedures such as POS systems, cash handling, and sales transactions.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team-building initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of studio activities including bookkeeping, payroll documentation, and inventory control.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote studio services and attract new clients or collaborations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and organizational policies at all times.
  • Any additional responsibilities requested by management/ownership.
