A fast-growing boutique fitness studio in Reno is seeking an experienced Studio Manager / General Manager to lead team development, drive membership sales, and scale recurring revenue. This is a performance-based leadership role. We are looking for someone who knows how to build teams, grow memberships, and own studio KPIs. What You’ll Own Full studio operations and daily performance Hiring, training, and developing a high-performance team Membership sales and recurring revenue growth KPI management (conversion rate, retention, EFT growth, revenue per member) Lead management and structured sales execution Creating a strong, results-driven culture Delivering exceptional member experience and retention strategies
