About The Position

Join our growing team at East County Performing Arts Center as we expand into Pleasanton! At ECPAC, we believe in more than just great dancing—we are committed to building confidence, character, and community through the performing arts. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Studio Host who will serve as the welcoming face of our studio.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families, thrives in an organized environment, and enjoys being part of a positive, high-energy arts community.

Requirements

• Warm, confident communicator who enjoys working with children and families
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and dependable
• Strong customer service mindset
• Comfortable using email, scheduling software, and basic office systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, administration, or youth programs is preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Greet students and families warmly as they enter the studio
• Create a welcoming, professional environment at all times
• Answer and forward emails in a timely and professional manner
• Answer phones and assist with parent inquiries
• Direct questions to appropriate team members
• Track and follow up on trial classes
• Assist with new student enrollment
• Support student retention efforts by ensuring families feel informed and cared for
• Provide support to teachers during class transitions
• Help communicate schedule updates or announcements
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
• Keep the lobby, front desk, and shared areas clean and organized
• Support a polished and professional studio environment
