We are searching for a Studio Experience & Sales Training Manager to join our dedicated team, playing a crucial role in developing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that combine emotional intelligence, client experience, and premium sales performance . This role ensures our photographers can both support clients emotionally and achieve strong sales results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting and takes pride in contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • You are expert in designing and delivering impactful training programs , from workshops to immersive role-plays.
  • You have a strong experience in luxury retail, wellness coaching, customer experience, beauty, hospitality, or service-oriented industries .
  • You have a proven track record in premium, high-ticket B2C sales.
  • You demonstrate a clear mastery of consultative selling, emotional-driven purchasing , and high-value closing techniques.
  • You demonstrate outstanding listening capability , are able to respond to emotional, sensitive, or vulnerable conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • You bring a strong coaching presence , able to recognize subtle behavioral patterns and elevate performance through thoughtful, tailored feedback that inspires confidence and motivation .

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive training program on emotional intelligence, trauma-aware communication, active listening, confidence coaching, and client experience excellence.
  • Develop high-impact sales modules: value-based selling, soft closing, upselling, and objection handling.
  • Facilitate workshops, role-plays, simulations, and 1:1 coaching sessions, supported by scripts, guidelines, and evaluation tools.
  • Shadow photographers during sessions to provide tailored feedback and enhance emotional presence and commercial performance.
  • Track performance metrics and implement personalized development plans.
  • Ensure consistent, ethical, and high-standard client experiences across all studios.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks, certification processes, and structured onboarding for new hires.
