About The Position

Remilia Corporation is a design, fashion and creative agency with studios in California and Seoul. We produce fashion, conceptual marketing campaigns, activations, events and cultural projects—often across all of them at once. We collaborate with underground artists, experimental musicians in both US and Asia frequently. We're looking for someone to shadow our CEO and Creative Director full-time—in every meeting, every studio session, every call. You'll take notes, handle communications, and keep projects moving across a network of collaborators, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a creative environment—agency, studio, production, gallery, publication, brand
  • Sharp writer; clear, adaptable, no fluff
  • Naturally organized; can hold many threads without losing them
  • Detail oriented; take clear, structured notes across all projects
  • High emotional intelligence; reads rooms, adjusts tone
  • Comfortable around artists, experimentalists, strong personalities
  • Engaged with contemporary art, fashion, music, or design culture—you follow what's happening
  • Flexible on hours for time zones and fast-moving projects

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with East Asian business culture a plus; Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Shadow the principal across all meetings, calls, studio time, site visits
  • Take clear notes and translate into actionable follow-ups
  • Draft emails and communications on behalf of leadership—internal, partners, clients, artists
  • Track projects across mediums and collaborators; flag issues early
  • Communicate across California and Seoul teams and creative partners
  • Keep information flowing between leadership, team, and external collaborators
