Elements Massage Single-Studio Manager Benefits: Pay range $40,000 - $60,000 /annually Growth incentive & bonus structure Medical & Dental employer contribution Paid time off 401K Free massage and skincare services Superstar Managers at Elements Massage will: Consistently lead by example and demonstrate desired behavior for staff by focusing on membership sales, customer service, cash management, member retention, staff interaction and client follow-up Provide solid leadership and management presence Maintain quality service by following organization standards Maintain an impeccable and clean studio in accordance with our safety and sanitation standards Strive to be a positive role model emulating professionalism, integrity, empathy, kindness, self-control, effective communication, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Leadership Responsibilities: Oversee all studio operations including sales and customer service goal setting Ensure our proprietary client service model is executed flawlessly Lead all people aspects of the business including meeting objectives related to employee turnover, employee experience, recruiting, hiring and training Model sales, customer service and other management duties in line with the Elements Massage system standards Implementation and refinement of local studio policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives Assist studio owners in setting and achieving profit goals for the entire studio, including daily, weekly and monthly targets Consistently create a friendly environment for clients and team members by greeting, assisting and quickly responding to questions and needs

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager
  • Excellent leadership skills, ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly
  • Proficient in creation and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Proven excellence in Customer Service
  • Very strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence and kindness
  • Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends.
  • Competent trainer and motivator
  • Must be honest, trustworthy, reliable and lead with integrity and heart
