About The Position
Join a dynamic and bustling digital photo studio as a Studio Assistant. This role involves preparing and assembling products for imaging, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace. The opportunity promises a long-term contract with the potential for extension based on performance.
Requirements
- Prior photography/camera experience and technical knowledge.
- Ability to stand throughout the day.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency with a working knowledge of PC platforms.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in working in a commercial photo studio.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as clothing and miscellaneous items for imaging.
- Prepare products for set, including placing on hangers and steaming.
- Clean workspace and studio supplies regularly.
- Repackage photographed items daily for shipment out of the studio.
- Move and locate products around the studio.
- Engage in imaging with 3D Sphere technology for product photography.
- Work according to a daily schedule set by the operations team.
