About The Position

The summer intern will spend time with each department within Advancement to assist with projects and tasks allowing for a broad exposure to our work with alumni, students, and faculty/staff.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and Google docs
• willingness to learn other programs, such as Raiser’s Edge (Advancement’s CRM)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Diligence and timeliness in completing projects

Responsibilities

• Potential projects may include light data analysis in Excel
• design work in Canva
• data integrity review
• developing marketing and stewardship materials
• data entry
• professional writing
• research
• other tasks as assigned
