About The Position

Support the Office of International & Off-Campus Programs (IOCP) in delivering summer programming and services for international students, with a strong focus on pre-arrival coordination, orientation preparation, and student support.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in good academic standing
• Interest in international education, intercultural engagement, or student support services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Nice To Haves

• Permission to operate OWU-owned 12-passenger vans. Clean driving record.
• Available to start as soon as funding is approved and to continue to work through the 2025-26 academic year.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Google Drive/ Docs/ Sheets.
• Previous experience with OWU NISO/ former NISOL preferred.
• Previous OWU work-study experience.
