Student Worker - Prospect Discovery Intern

About The Position
As we launch a campus-wide fundraising campaign, we are seeking a detail-oriented intern to conduct and validate prospect rating qualifications for current and prospective OWU donors. This position will also provide targeted prospect analysis using online, subscription platforms, and fundraiser insights that will help inform our campaign planning efforts and departmental goals.
Requirements
- You must be a Legacy student to apply.
- Dependable and a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
- A curiosity for analyzing and exploring data
- An ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Docs and Sheets
Nice To Haves
- Database skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rating reviews and comparisons
- Complete prospect discovery and validation
- Update donor profiles using data provided by third party partners and university fundraisers
