The Office Assistant works under the supervision of HHPR Office Manager and helps faculty and staff with front office-related tasks. Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the department full-time staff. Ideal applicant would have experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva. They would also be professional in all their interactions, able to handle multiple tasks, have good communication skills, flexibility, ability to work independently and have a proactive approach to work.
