Baylor Law’s Career Development Office works with each student early in the law school journey to recognize their strengths, identify their interests, develop a career plan, and take proactive steps to help them land the position they seek following graduation. Likewise, the CDO works with employers to make the process of identifying top candidates simple—with on-campus interviews, resume collections, and job postings. This role will assist members of the Career Development Office (CDO) with daily tasks, providing general office assistance and support. The role will assist with confidential data input and maintenance, research, event coordination, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Experience using Microsoft Excel is beneficial. Applicants should have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing, with staff, faculty, students, and guests. Strong organizational skills are beneficial.
