Operate the service desk during assigned shifts including circulation task, shelving, and limited reference service. Utilize library online platforms, maintain cleanliness and appearance of the library, and ensure smooth transition between desk shifts and opening and closing procedures. Provide general office assistance and support Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance
