About The Position
WICB is seeking a Talent Coordinator for the 2026-2027 academic year. This student employment opportunity at Ithaca College offers meaningful experiential learning, developing transferable skills and allowing students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world professional settings, fostering both personal and professional growth. The role involves coordinating, training, and scheduling modern rock DJs, and requires attendance at weekly WICB Executive Staff and General Staff meetings. Requirements
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Is a strong communicator both in-person and via email
- Has been a member of WICB for at least one semester
- Is a collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, help train, and schedule our modern rock DJs, who power our airwaves during regular rotation
- Attend weekly WICB Executive Staff meetings
- Attend General Staff meetings (Wednesdays at 6:30-7 p.m.)
