About The Position

This posting is for all Supply Chain Management (Warehouse) student positions in Lima, OH and Toledo, OH . Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa).
  • Available to begin work in September 2026.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Solid analytical and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be enrolled in a Supply Chain, Economics, Pre-Law, Business, or related discipline Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term.
  • Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered.
  • New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
  • Candidates must have their own means of transportation as there is no public transportation in field locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support local material management activities including material requirement planning (MRP), obsolete/surplus material management, repairs/refurbishments, and cycle counting
  • Assist with data and Excel-based analysis to support projects related to inventory management and supply chain improvement with external suppliers and internal customers
  • Engage with Material Analyst and Master Data to support material data enhancement
  • Support/expedite material purchases to minimize delivery delays
  • Investigate receiving/invoicing discrepancies
  • Attend project related meetings
  • Support corporate and site-specific projects as they relate to Materials Management
  • Collaborate with the broader SCM Teams
