About The Position
Mathnasium Learning Centers are committed to teaching children math so that they understand it, master it, and love it. The Mathnasium Method™— the result of decades of hands-on instruction and development — has been transforming the lives of children through math since 2002 and continues to be shared through in-person, online, and hybrid instruction. The Student Success Lead is a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team coordination, and business development. No advanced math knowledge required; we will provide full training.

- Prior experience in office management, and multi-tasking experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the enrollment and onboarding processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction (both parents and students) in areas such as student progress,attitude and engagement through all communication channels
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plans
- Manage student curriculum, update progress in the center system, and work with management on ensuring efficiency in center operation
- Manage instructional staff, provide coaching, and help improve team performance
- Assume the roles for Instructor and Lead Instructor duties as needed, and manage all related tasks
