Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Advising and Student Success, this position works closely with students to develop individualized action plans, provide proactive academic advising, engage students in career exploration and education, and connect them with experiential learning and enrichment opportunities. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and effective in working with a diverse range of students and campus partners, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Success in this role is measured by the advisor’s ability to foster student engagement, persistence, and retention across their assigned caseload.
