Student Study Hall Monitor - Academic Support Services for Student Athletes - 2026-2027

About The Position

Position for current Seton Hall University Graduate Students. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a quiet study space for student-athletes in the Academic Center for Excellence. Evening and weekend hours are required. This is a semester long employment opportunity with possible renewal for future semesters.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate student enrolled in Seton Hall University program (at least 5 credits).
  • Candidates must be able to work a minimum of two shifts out of the five days listed for working hours: Sunday 12-5pm, Monday 5-9pm, Tuesday 5-9pm, Wednesday 5-9pm, or Thursday 5-7pm.

Responsibilities

  • Candidates will be responsible for checking students in and out of study hall
  • Maintaining a quiet space that is conducive to completing work
  • Monitoring students within the space to be sure that they are following any Academic Center policies.
  • Candidates will be responsible for obtaining their own parking permit (if applicable).
